This is a UV color changer that goes from a light aqua indoors to a twilight blue outdoors (or in higher UV lighting). It's got a kiss of blue eco-glitter shimmering throughout that really gives it a nice sparkle. I apologize that I don’t have a better indoor picture of the swatch!
